SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

Due to the complexity of scheduling many shoots in a day and the time preparing and setting up for a shoot I have a strict cancelation/rescheduling policy.   

Payments are non-refundable unless there was an error on my part. Shoots can be rescheduled, but if you reschedule with less than 7 business day notice there will be a $75 per person rescheduling fee. If you want to reschedule with less than 48 hour notice the fee is $175 per person.  I must be informed if you can't make a session or need to reschedule prior to the session start time otherwise the session can not be rescheduled.

Scheduling or rescheduling issues are not a valid reason for a refund.  Due to the popularity of my service there are long wait times to get in. If you have any time expectations, restrictions or deadlines please contact me prior to booking to ensure I can meet your timeline because a refund will not be possible after booking. Sessions with discounted rates or coupons have reduced scheduling availability than full price sessions.

When booking a session you will be agreeing to these terms so hopefully you’re reading this so there are no misunderstandings or animosity at a later time :-)

IMAGE LICENSE

Unless otherwise agreed upon the standard license will be for use on your personal website, personal social media pages, acting/personal marketing materials (headshot prints, direct mail, email promos, etc). Third party use is not allowed in any way. That means you can't give the image to anyone else to use in any way or use in any type of media. Additionally you can not use the images for business uses or any paid advertising. These licenses are available if you need them at and extra fee.

I retain the right to use the images on my website and in and marketing and advertising for my business. I also retain the rights to use the images in any way allowed as the copyright owner.

MISCELLANEOUS 

If you received a discount code but forget to use it at checkout I can apply the discount after the order is placed however I would need to reduce the discount by 50% to cover refund and processing fees.

Newer discounts can not be applied to already completed orders.

As stated above, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Under some circumstances if I were to offer a refund I would need to charge a 25% fee to cover refund/processing fees and administrative work.
